Time Required for Delivery / Shipping
Online orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow 48 hours for processing of online orders placed during weekday business hours. Upon completion of online orders, you will be notified via email of your order status and tracking information.
Delivery Delays, Returns or Damages

Customs, Duties and Fees
By default, all book orders are shipped from Canada under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) / Delivered At Place (DAP) terms. This means the recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees required by the destination country. These charges must be paid before the order can be delivered. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable fees.
