How are the shirts printed?

In order to deliver “made to order” items we use a process called Direct to Film (“DTF”) printing.

What is DTF Printing? Direct to Film Printing (“DTF”) is technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a T-shirt. This ensures durability and print quality.

All images on the site are “mock-ups” of the designs and not actual printed shirts. Colors and size may vary from the image on the site.

How do I wash my shirts?

Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print. In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions: Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle. Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry. No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

How long does it take?

Because all of our items are custom made to order, production time, during normal ordering periods, is generally 10 business days + shipping, beginning the business day after the order is placed. We do not stock any inventory, we print every item individually exactly the way you want it. That is how we are able to offer so many different upgrade options from ring spun cotton shirts, long sleeve, hoodies, v-necks, tank tops and more. Every t-shirt design we offer is available from 3T up to 6XL so theres a size for everyone.

Refunds

In the event that you are issued a refund, there is no cost if we refund you using Venmo or if you paid via PayPal but if you require a refund to your credit card there will a charge of 5% deducted from the total refund as our credit card processor charges us for the transaction.
